The house is resolved in a compact rectangular volume, south facing. Two porches are projected, one of them to the north, that serves as a covering for the entrance to the home and as protection for vehicles. With this distribution, From a central axis of communication, routes are simplified and facilitated, opening the main spaces mainly to the south, which includes a porch with access from the living room - dining room, that significantly expands the relationship space of the home, oriented towards views and sunshine.
On the contrary, The north façade is closed to protect the home from inclement weather and facilitate sustainable use of the spaces.. The kitchen and bathroom rest on this façade, limiting the gaps to the entrance and the bathroom window., both being protected by the wall and the porch to guarantee protection against rain and wind.
